A new favorite of mine! I knew Earth Terps would come through, as I have faith in whatever they’re doing up there in Oregon, and this Welchito is some of the best rosin I’ve had in a minute. A strong head high, slight body high, but very chilling and relaxing. Great for watching sports or maybe a movie, reading a good book, or doing something creative. I wouldn’t say this is a knockout strain, but it’s certainly a couch-melter. You’ll be slumped and focusing heavy on whatever is in front of you.
There’s so much to love about this Welchito. The creamy texture along with the hazelnut finish makes this some sexy looking rosin. The diesel, slightly grape aroma warms the nostrils before you scoop out a nice portion for your rig, e-dabber, or whatever else people use to smoke their extracts. The taste is potent, very strong GMO finish with that touch of grape. Not everyone is a fan of GMO, but I love a gassy strain. Sour Diesel, GMO, and Chemdawg are some of the best strains that fit the diesel/gas category. Welchito is up there for me. It’s almost perfect—I’ve had stronger rosin with longer lasting effects. The drawbacks are minimal, so no complaints from me. I hold Earth Terps to a high standard, and they delivered with some great shit that they hyped up on their socials.
I’m looking forward to trying more from Earth Terps. I certainly hope they keep dropping that good-good on their website, and I hope they get more flower coming through, too. That Moonbow flower was excellent and their rosin is top notch. Grab some Welchito if you have the chance! I doubt it’s available at this point, but keep an eye on them for future drops.
